Booking & Cancellation Terms
Payment, cancellation, minimum stay and winter access
Payment
- For bank transfer, a 30% deposit must be paid within 48 hours; the balance is paid on arrival.
- For pay-at-hotel bookings a credit card guarantee is taken.
Cancellation
- Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are fully refunded.
- Later cancellations are charged the first night.
- For New Year and mid-term holidays the cancellation period is 21 days.
Minimum stay
2 nights in the winter high season, 3 nights over New Year and mid-term holidays; chalets require 3 nights all winter.
Weather and roads
If the road is officially closed or an avalanche warning prevents access, your booking is moved free of charge or your deposit is refunded.
